Workforce visibility, without the guesswork
We build tracking software the way we'd want to be tracked ourselves: clear about what it measures, honest about what it doesn't, and never mistaking activity for effort.
Built because we needed it ourselves
ThirdEyee started as a small internal tool, a way for our own team to answer a simple question honestly: how is the work actually going? Every other tracker we tried either told us too little to be useful, or watched too closely to feel fair.
So we built our own. What started as an internal dashboard became a full platform, and we are still the first users of everything we ship.
Our vision
A world where workforce data builds trust instead of eroding it: managers get an honest picture, and employees never wonder if the tool is working against them.
Our mission
Give growing teams, in one office, a few cities or fully remote, the same clarity about how work happens, without pretending activity and effort are the same thing.
How we build
Fairness over surveillance
Clear notice instead of hidden tracking, and live view on request instead of constant recording.
Radical transparency
One plan, one price. Our Privacy Policy says what we collect and what we do not.
Small team, real ownership
No layer of process between a good idea and shipping it.
No keystroke logging
We count key presses for a fair score, never what you typed.
No hidden tiers
Every feature ships in the one plan.
India-based
A small team building one product well, not chasing vanity numbers.
