Quick answers about the trial, pricing, privacy and setup.
When does my trial start?
Sign up and we approve your workspace. You get an email when it is approved and the 14-day trial begins.
How many seats does the trial include?
Up to 30 seats with every feature.
What does it cost?
₹499 per user per month, starting at 7 seats, so the minimum is ₹3,493 per month.
How do I pay?
Online with UPI or cards through PhonePe. Each payment activates the plan for 30 days and creates an invoice.
Which systems does the agent run on?
Windows and Linux (X11). Mac and mobile apps are not available yet.
What does the agent collect?
App and window title, website address on Windows, key press and mouse counts (never which keys), idle time, IP and Wi-Fi name, and one screenshot about every 10 minutes. See the Privacy Policy for the full list.
Can employees see what is tracked?
Yes. Each employee sees a plain-language notice and acknowledges it. The acknowledgement is logged with the notice version.
Can screenshots be blurred or turned off?
Yes. Admins can force blur, exclude sites and apps, or switch screenshots off.
Does it track location all day?
No. GPS is checked only when the employee clicks Verify My Location.
Do you integrate with other tools?
Google and Microsoft sign-in, a read-only API, webhooks and Excel reports today. Slack, Jira and Zapier are planned.

How do employees install the agent?
They download it from their ThirdEyee dashboard, then sign in with their ThirdEyee username and password.
Can an employee pause tracking?
Yes. The agent has Pause and Break buttons, and nothing is collected while they are active.
Can managers see other teams?
No. Managers see only their own team. HR and Admin see the company.
Is our data shared with other companies?
No. Each company workspace is isolated from every other company.
Do you issue invoices?
Yes. An invoice is created for every payment.
Can I use a coupon?
Yes. Apply a coupon code at checkout.
