New here? Start with the full walkthrough below — twelve steps, from creating your workspace to your first live dashboard.
Twelve steps, start to finish — from creating your workspace to knowing your way around every part of the dashboard.
Sign up with a work email, a password, and your company name. That first account automatically becomes your workspace's Admin, and a 14-day free trial starts immediately — no card required.
Head to app.thirdeyee.com and sign in with the email and password you just created — or with Google or Microsoft, if you'd rather. This is the same login screen every teammate uses later.
This is what greets you right after logging in. Four things matter most here — walk through each one below.
Every other part of ThirdEyee is one click away from the sidebar on the left. Here's what each section actually does.
From Employees → Invite, send invites by email. Each one carries a secure, single-use setup link — send them one at a time or several in a row.
When someone accepts an invite, their account waits in Employees → Approvals. Approve it and set their role — Employee, Manager, or HR — and they're in.
In Settings, set your screenshot interval, idle timeout, and office IP once — it applies company-wide. Remote-only team? Skip the office IP field entirely.
Every approved employee downloads the lightweight Windows agent from their dashboard. It doesn't need elevated admin rights — most people can install it themselves in under a minute.
Employees sign into the agent with their company name and their own credentials — or with Google or Microsoft SSO, if your company has that turned on.
The moment the agent signs in, it checks in every 10 seconds. Head back to the dashboard and watch status, activity, and app usage start showing up — nothing left to configure.
Everything below runs on that same live data — no separate setup for any of it.
