Employee monitoring notice template
A plain-language notice you can adapt in minutes. It mirrors the notice ThirdEyee generates for each company.
This is a starting template, not legal advice. India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 expects clear notice of what personal data you process and why, so have a lawyer review the final text. Replace everything in [brackets].
